Dr. Quigg
Dr. Richard Quigg is a Virginia Beach native and a graduate of Cox High School. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Old Dominion University, he graduated from the Medical College of Virginia dental school with honors in 1985, going on to complete a four-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Medical College of Virginia.
